From Yarn to Sofa Fabric: One Integrated Chain
ABCD TEX is an integrated yarn-to-fabric upholstery fabric manufacturer: colour, yarn and cloth are developed as one chain, so we can control how a fabric looks, feels and performs from the very first step. This is why we say “color starts from yarn”.

Masterbatch colour development
Every ABCD TEX colour begins as pigment dispersed in polymer masterbatch. Our colour library and custom colour development start here.
Dope-dyed yarn & specialty yarn
Yarn is developed from the coloured polymer — including textured yarns and specialty yarns that build different fabric surfaces.
Weaving
Yarns are woven into upholstery fabric on our weaving machines (90 machines), to a standard width of 142 cm.
Finishing & inspection
Woven fabric is finished, inspected and checked before it leaves our mill as upholstery fabric.
Quality, with the certificates to show
Our flagship 7A anti-bacterial & anti-mould upholstery fabrics are tested to T/SZTIA 001-2023 (antibacterial) and GB/T 24346-2009 (anti-mould). Test reports and certificates are available on request.
