Quality Control: Every Roll Is Inspected
Our pre-shipment inspection is not a spot check — every roll is inspected and graded. The last finishing step, bonding, runs in our own workshop, which also carries out the final pre-shipment inspection.
Inspection and grading, roll by roll
After weaving, every roll is inspected by dedicated menders and given a grade. A spot check infers the batch from a sample; piece-by-piece inspection gives every roll its own result.
Defect positions recorded in our ERP
Any defect and its position on the roll is logged in our ERP system, so it can be located and traced. If a buyer raises a question, we can point to the specific roll and the position on it.
The last step: bonding and pre-shipment inspection
The final finishing step is bonding (lamination), carried out in our own workshop — the same workshop that performs the final pre-shipment inspection.
- incoming inspection of the base fabric for bonding;
- weight (GSM) spot checks;
- adhesive ratio set by our engineer.
The whole bonding flow runs on ERP, so each step is recorded.
Packaging and labelling
Packaging can be tailored to your requirements: customer logo, hangtags, barcodes and multilingual labels.
Order progress while in production
For orders in production we provide regular progress reporting in tabular form, including completed quantities. Before weaving starts we track and report the yarn stage. If a problem appears, we explain the cause and the impact.
Note: grading criteria, tolerances, adhesive ratio and GSM tolerances follow the confirmed order specification and the approved sample. Parameters vary by article.
